Below is the typical progression of a standard assay.
1 Explore our services to learn about our offerings.
2 Contact us to provide a brief description of your ideas and project needs.
3 Schedule an in person meeting or conference call to gather a detailed scientific description of your project and requirements as well as answer any questions you have.
4 Follow-up with a summary of the project goals, and a suggested path forward​.
5 We provide a quote for the project cost and timelines.
6 A Statement of Work will be developed to capture the details of the project milestones and deliverables.
7 The project is initiated upon receipt of a Purchase Order.
8 Samples are prepared, shipped and processed through our systems. If needed, an initial evaluation of test samples will be required to verify imaging and sample conditions.
9 Regular communication via phone or email throughout the project.
10 The project is completed and all deliverables are presented to the client.
